I used this thermometer to test all the areas of my house like at doors and windows to see where if any cold was coming through. As a result I was able to know where to seal my windows and doors back and it significantly helped keep the heat inside and save even more money by not have to use as much heat as I did before.

Unfortunately, it's no longer working after 4 months since I bought it. I don't even use it frequently, so I'm guessing it's not very durable really. Very disappointed!

Works great for my intended purpose. I compared the temp to my craftsman (much older model circa 2001) that i had for my gas powered RC Truck. Aiming at the same spot on my pizza stone the temp was within 5 degrees (this is a pizza stone inside an oven, hard to hit the same exact spot). Excellent value, perfect for a guy with a pizza oven.

Great money value, however idk if it works correctly or if I don’t know how to use it correctly! I understood that you could point it at food, or someone & more to get an accurate reading of temperature! It might be ok & great if I knew how to use it accurately

I bought this thermometer to check leaf temp of an indoor plant. . I haven't tested it against any surface of a particular known tempature but I did adjust my equipment based off the leaf tempature it read. The results of the adjustment I made with the reading are nothing less than stellar. I was having issues with stunted growth and this thermometer allowed me to realize , although the canopy thermometer read 82°f the leaf temp was only 74°f. It allowed me to make the necessary adjustment to my vpd. Within 3 days of this correction my plants were were greener and had mostly doubled in the amount of growth. I thought about going with a much more expensive thermometer option. I'm so glad I chose not to.. this $12 thermometer did what any of the more expensive ones would do.. There is one thing that is a pain in the ass though.. the Lazer is not bright enough to do readings from any amount of distance.. especially in high light conditions. So for now up close and personal is how I get my readings

Works great. Has a laser, just press the button to turn it on. I've had many infared thermometers for candle making and this has been the longest handle one, so great for larger hands. This also has a slot on the bottom, which is perfect for me to put a string through to tie around my neck to prevent from falling.
