So I ordered this for a 72 Chevelle. The metal is just a bit too small, to use the holes and either screw it down or use nuts. I actually just tac welded it in a few spots, and there was/is noticeable gaps. The square cover is just to small, and should be larger.I set mine up this way, just in case I ever want to add AC/heat again. (or new owner etc.) I sealed it with gasket maker and it does the job. There are other cleaner looking, thicker makers out there. This one will work, but its on the cheap side.
