I loved this headphone at first, but on day it just stopped charging. I researched possible issues and did all recommendations. I can hear it ring, but it will not allow me to answer. I am very disappointed and of course all return and support has expired. I pay a lot of money for this and how I am back to having neck issues.

I have no way of reaching someone about this product? this headset worked great when first set up. Its only been three months and no longer works. I have watched the videos I found previously listed and followed. I have cleaned, charged, and re booted. The headset will be "on" but there is no sound coming through in or out. The base light for the head set turns on when I turn it on from the head piece, but the light on the headpiece is not there. I really think there is just something wrong with the head piece battery.Looking for help or replacementUpdating my review- I was able to resolve my issue with the headset support. They were prompt at responding to my email and giving additional step needed to fix my issues. The headset is working great again, and they provided great customer service.

Purchased for my Office Phone as I am TIRED of cords.Looked for months and finally made the plunge with this over the more expensive ones and I couldn’t be happier!Mine is connected to a Mitel 8568 Telephone and I have no issues. I am still learning it and I am sure there is a lot that you can do, but I haven’t figured it out yet and I am excited to find out!Highly suggest this to anyone that is looking to get rid of their corded headset.Super easy and quick to install!

The wireless headset was easy to install and sound quality is ok. One complaint is the ear piece which I would prefer to use but can not because its very bulky and does not fit ear comfortably. Very lose . I'd give that 2 stars.

This was purchased for a public library. One of our staff requested it to give a break to her ailing neck, since she is often shuffling books and things around while answering the phone. Now the staff that have healthy necks want to use it too, because it makes them more productive. This was provisioned with a cable to work with our Polycom VVX 410 VOIP phones, and it works very well. Functions are intuitive, everyone figured it out fast. Range in our building is around 75 feet with clear sound. I am hoping the battery life stays long.

The seller would be rated 5 stars since they shipped quickly and product arrived as described. The instructions were lacking help for configuring headset to a Polycom VVX601 phone but I eventually got it working. (I had to contact our phone service provider (Nextiva) to configure setting on their end to enable the phone to keep the Jabra EHS settings.) The hearing clarity is great especially if I am inside the home office. Sometimes people on the other end say I sound garbled especially when I am outside (roughly 60 feet away from base). Overall I am giving the 5 star rating since it lets me go handsfree while I work.
