Everything you want in this kind of knob. I use these on my table saw sled to secure an extension for cutting long pieces. These are well molded, sturdy and feel good in your hand. Great product. The next time I need something similar I will definitely search by name for Innovative Components.

These knobs were advertised as imperial 1/4-20 thread; they are in fact, METRIC M6x1.0 Thread. Completely useless in the application for which they were bought.

Just as advertised. The threads are good quality and if you cut them for size, they don't leave any huge burrs to foul them up.The nylon star handle seems to be good also. I had one in a vice and it didn't split or loosen on the threaded rod.
