Exactly the same as every other clear double sided tape listed on Amazon. Nothing "insane" about this, it's just marketing jargon. It does the job fine, holds 118 pounds only in only very specific circumstances. If you can find a cheaper option, just go for that.

Followed directions, applied multiple strips to my item (wooden sign) and ensured the wall was clean from any debris, oils, dirt, etc. my 10 pound wooden sign adhered for less than 30 seconds before falling down. Really disappointing.
