I wanted a smaller size fuse holder for 8ga & thought this might be it based on the description. NOPE. It just has the standard sleeves that you remove to use 4 ga or 2ga.

This space saving fuse holder had the fuse pre-installed. The set screws held the wires well. Shipped quick, great price. Allen wrench not included.

This fuse was bigger than the pictures make it out to be. It's well constructed, with a water resistant boot for the wire and an inner filler plug for wires smaller than the max it can handle. The fuse is replaceable by unscrewing the cap (same procedure as installing a wire) and pulling hard on the inner metal mount.

Good value for the money. I was using this as a main fuse in a vehicle remote start system that draws 30amps max. Probably a bit of overkill, but I didn’t want to trust a blade type fuse holder, especially under the hood. It’s fair quality and seems like a good value for the money. If I were doing a high-end stereo install, I might look for something a little bit better. But this is just fine for utility grade.
