Removing the broken Residual Plastic Debris.
Here , we take a pair of needle nose pliers and snap off the remaining plastic in the instrument cluster.
Clean the Area of All Remaining Plastic Debris
Using a Scalpel/Razor or a pair of pliers we finish cleaning up the area which once held the brittle plastic wings.
Insert the New Adjuster Repair Piece into the Cluster. and Reassemble
Once all residual plastic has been cleaned and removed, simply position the new piece into the instrument cluster. Pressing the new adjuster will allow you to feel the three underlying buttons clicking into place. Complete the process by reassembling the cluster in reverse order, and the installation is finished!
