My 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 would make a growling noise in the front end whenever I would hit a bump in the road. It would last a few seconds or sometimes last as long as 30 seconds. I replaced wheel bearings, ball joints, and wheel U-joints but the noise was still there. This replacement bushing is a simple piece of plastic that was extremely easy to install and my truck is perfectly silent! amazing! The bushing also improved how quickly my truck would engage the four wheel drive.
