the quality is fine but this is a universal fit and is kind of large for my 8 inch model. i will use it to store my auger away for the summer.

I was satisfied with the carry case, but its definitely overkill if you have the 8" auger. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars. Other than that, its great.

Seems like a nice product and time will tell if it holds up. Purchased for an Ion 8” and wish it were a bit more of a custom fit and the side pocket should have been slightly larger to fit a battery. So far worth the money.

I bought this for my husband‘s new ION it is extremely sturdy! Although it is listed to fit a few different ions, It seems to fit a little large but that is OK my husband said it is just fine!

Have only used it a couple of times so far, but it serves the purpose of keeping my auger clean when traveling in the back of the truck and on the ice. I think the only thing I would like different would make two versions available, one that accommodates a auger with a extension, and one that does not. My auger does not have the extension and the power head area is a little bulky /loose. Not a big deal just my opinion.

I realize it’s universal for all sizes of augers but I just wasn’t happy with how big and baggy it is for my 8” auger. Other than that I love it!

My husband was expecting a nylon bag when he ordered this. This bag is very well built. It has a heavy polymer lining, and looks like it will protect his Auger very well.
