Common Problems and Solutions
When Searching TX appears on the screen, the reasons and solutions are as follows:
- No pairing code, need to re-pair, please refer to our pairing video for pairing method.
- The distance between the transmitter and receiver is too far, or there are obstacles, please adjust the distance appropriately.
- Transmitter voltage is not enough, please make sure to use 5Volt/2Ampere power supply, some cell phone/tablet/computer charging power supply is 5Volt/1Ampere is not suitable for use.
When the input signal of check TX appears on the screen, the reasons and solutions are as follows:
- Indicates that the communication has been, but the transmitter may not be inserted into the computer inside, poor contact, re-dialing the plug .
- May be a problem with the computer interface itself (replace the signal source equipment)
- Computer monitor resolution, it is recommended to change from the minimum resolution, change the OK click

This product did not work for me. I was 18 feet from the other T. V, and I could not get it to transmit. So I sent it back, not very good.

I have other setups that send signals from my computer to tv screens in other areas of my house, but this one is different. First it transmits video AND ALSO AUDIO. Secondly it's range is better than the other, older sets I'm using. Setup is basically plug and play. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
