This product is an iron art stair balusters from Blissbuys. It is made of high-quality wrought iron material with a surface treated by high-temperature baking, giving it high hardness, impact resistance, durability, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance.

The design of thestair baluster breaks the monotony of traditional straight stair baluster, injecting new vitality into the space with its unique form. This design not only avoids an overly rigid appearance, but also refrains from being overly flashy or intricate. It skillfully integrates elegance with simplicity, exhibiting both modern sensibility and timeless aesthetic charm.

• To ensure that the railing meets both industry standards and customers' personalized needs, we have adopted a flexible design.
• Typically, the standard railing length is set at 98cm to satisfy the needs of most people. However, we are fully aware that each customer's needs and aesthetics are different.
• Therefore, we have extended one side of the railing by 13cm, bringing the total length to 111cm. This design aims to provide customers with more options and flexibility to meet the needs of different space layouts and decoration styles.

Notes：

• In the design of the railing, its load-bearing capacity is directly related to its length.
• Under the standard length of 98cm, the maximum load-bearing capacity is 800 pounds.
• When the length is extended to 111cm, the maximum load-bearing capacity is 700 pounds.

Installation and Maintenance

Step 1: Precisely Cut the baluster

1. Measurement and Positioning: Determine the baluster length and cutting position based on the actual size of the staircase and the desired installation pattern.

2. Cutting Operation: Use appropriate tools (such as a saw or electric cutter) to precisely cut the baluster on the longer side, ensuring that the pattern remains centered and maintains overall coordination and aesthetics.

Step 2: Install the Railing Base

1. Prepare the Base: Prepare the corresponding bases for the cut railings.

2. Insert the Base: Insert both sides of the railing into the corresponding bases, ensuring a tight fit and no wobbling.

Step 3: Fix the Base

1. Positioning Benchmark: Determine the fixing position of the base on the staircase steps and handrails, ensuring accuracy and levelness.

2. Use Screws to Fix: Use appropriate screws and tools to fix the bases onto the staircase steps and handrails in sequence. During the fixing process, ensure that the tightening force of the screws is moderate, neither too tight nor too loose, to ensure the stability and safety of the base.

Step 4: Complete the Handrail Installation

1. Fix One by One: Follow the above steps to fix the remaining railings and bases one by one until the entire handrail is installed.

2. Inspection and Adjustment: After installation, inspect the entire handrail to ensure that all railings and bases are tightly fitted, with no wobbling, and that the handrail is overall flat and beautiful.
