Almost impossible to use. Device is not sturdy and the cord gets tangled up when you try to reel it in. Sorry I bought it.

Very flimsy. It broke the first time it was used. Ended up cutting the metal off and only using the plastic wheel.

It works fine so far. I’ve only had it about 2 weeks. It is a little stiff to turn but hopefully it will loosen up some.

Does the job but is very easy to topple which makes it hard to wind and guide the wire.

I like the cord reel. I thought it would be all metal, but the wheel is plastic. Still held my outdoor cord and easy to carrry.
