This ironing board is compact. This means that is is smaller in all dimensions - it is short in length and height, and narrower than an actual full-sized board. Depending on your use-case this can either be awesome or sup-optimal.Build-wise it's decently made. There's no excessive wobble and nothing about it is particularly flimsy. The legs are sturdy enough, and the rubber feet are large and grippy. It's in line with any other decent folding board I have used. The pad is nice and thick and well attached to the frame. It's light enough to be able to move it and hang it easily. Design-wise, the square end is not obstructed by any weird iron rest, and the hanger folds under to be out of the way. This is important for me since I use that end of any board almost exclusively. It locks closed when folded up, making hanging it in your closet easy. Basically, it ticks all the boxes without being overbuilt or luxurious.If you live in a one-bedroom/convenience, or don't have space to store a full-sized board easily, this is a win. If you only iron once in a blue moon, and want to be able to forget you have a board in between those occasions, this is a win. If you're shorter, and find the height of a standard board cumbersome, this would be a win. In most other situations I'd probably recommend a full-sized board, but for what this is and where it would make sense it's exactly what I'd want.

The metal top is a mesh, making it much lighter than my old solid one. It set up and closed quite easily. Review on actual purchase. No silicone iron rest in the packaging. Perfect height, size and weight. Bought to replace a large heavy ironing board. This one is somewhat sturdy but, you can't press on the front 1/3 (Pointy end) at the top height without the whole board tipping forward. Height adjustment mechanism works smoothly and locks when closed. Good padding but, will need to replace the black Teflon-ish chemical smelling cover. Nice little hanging hook. Sadly, no company customer service contact details so, I'm out an iron rest.

We have had the same ironing board for decades. It worked great, just was slowly falling apart. I saw this compact black ironing board and got it to replace the one we currently have. This ironing board is a nice overall black. The material is good, and I love that it has a silicone pad to place your iron on without damaging the board. It also has a hook for easy storage. Love this board and would recommend.

This ironing board is well constructed and the foam is thick without compromising on the fabric strength on the edges. I am overall happy with this board, but wish the hook to hang it was a little better made. It is a huge plastic hanger style that feels decently sturdy, but does not hook onto my hanging rod because of how wide the hook is. If it was made thinner but still sturdy, that would be perfect.

This ironing board is made of quality material, light weight, and very sturdy. It's height can be adjusted for ironing, and it will hang in the closet when not in use. Amazing value, and you can't go wrong for the price. Even if you only use it once or twice a year, you still better off having it, rather than not having it and needing one.

I recently ordered the 43x13in ironing board. I was pleasantly surprised by this board. It is made well. It's easy to open and close. The height adjustment is perfect. The hanger is plastic, which is disappointing. While it feels like it will hold up for a while, I doubt it will keep up with the rest of the board. I wish it was metal or silicone covered metal.
