These bits combine two bit tips in a durable one-piece design for added convenience and extended life, and each end of the bit has a 1/4" quick-change shank that fits directly into an impact driver - a feature only available with IRWIN bits. They're manufactured with heavy-duty, cold-forged, high-grade steel to withstand high torque output, and a black oxide finish that resists corrosion and increases the life of the bit. As described, most useful in my business. I regularly use these two heads and keep one in my impact driver. just turn around as needed - no looking for bits - no looking for a place to put the bit / wondering if I'll be able to find it again... I do wish I could get my company to buy a box of them. they are a bit pricey... but that makes you respect them more lol

works great "if" screwing screws straight. the magnetic collar gets in the way sometimes.and hard to see if the screws are tight. but the bits are made with quality steel.

The magnet thing broke after a couple uses but I didn't need it anyway. One of these held up on a deck project w/ over 1,000 screws.

Bits themselves are fine. Have not rounded over too badly yet. Magnetic screw holder worked fine for the first few screws, but shattered the first time I drove a screw at an angle.

Nice little set. Great selection of the most used square drives.These 4 bits are like getting 8 bits. Comes with SQ2 on 1 side of 4 bits, then SQ1, SQ2, SQ3, SQ4 on the other side. Tough, high quality impact bits made for heavy duty applications,... or the DIY'r who just wants the best. I like the best,... without having to buy extra bits I don't need. That saves money going in,... & their power tough construction saves me money long term. Win win.The locking groove goes all the way around the bit so it fits everything & is perfect,...fits all 1/4 inch quick connect chucks & all traditional chucks 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, etc. Flawless holding with no issues at all on both impact drives & lighter duty non-impact drives. China made. Will update if I have any issues.Comes with a handy 'thimble' magnet that slips over the bit and magnetizes it for holding screws. Didn't care about this as first,... but turned out to be very handy. Conveniently small, easily fits other non-Irwin in by tool bags. Easily releases, too, unlike some others I've tried in the past. Handy little deal. At 9.50$ incl free ship this is a good value for this kind of selection & craftsmanship.BOTT LINE: First Class all the way. Shoulders of these square drives are well formed & slightly flared at the neck for max holding power. Smart, tough, Impact Rated bits at a fair price with a selection of the most common sizes. I too was lured into buying this product thinking it was a #1 square on both tips, only to find it is one #1 and one #2. Half usefull since I only need #1. Is it too late to send it back and get my money back?
