The unit doesn’t make the coffee hot. More like very warm. Now the frother doesn’t foam up anymore. I’m not that picky and was ok with how it made coffee since I’m not big drinker but now with the frother it’s essentially making regular coffee. Will return and not buy another. It’s all plastic not stainless.

It broke within two weeks. Tried to contact the seller to return or replace but they did not respond. Amazon won’t do anything since it’s a “third party seller”. They tried to help contact the seller but it did nothing. When they finally did respond it was basically just computer code copy and pasted from an email, no actual response. No help. Nothing. Pretty sure it’s a scam. Don’t waste your time or money on this product or this seller. Unless you want to spend a bunch of time arguing with Amazon agents about for nothing :/

The coffee maker is slightly over 13 inches tall and not 12" as the description states. Still I I decided to keep and relocate my coffee bar area. The brewing quality is amazing compared to a traditional coffee maker, however the frother keeps putting out steamed water instead of milk. Sometimes I get foamed milk, most times just water.I'm disappointed for the price I paid and the fact that it's brand new I shouldn't have this issue.

I took a chance to buy this without any reviews, I’m glad I did. It is easy to use and makes me a good cup of cappuccino. There are many other options to try, so I look forward to experimenting withe this further. One minor thing, it does make a lot of sound (vibrating), but I think most machines do that. Maybe put something rubbery under it? I need to try it myself. It doesn’t really bother me. I will still enjoy my coffee.
