Honestly a decent camera other than the waterproofing. Had two of these cameras deployed on Vancouver in semi sheltered locations. Within 3 months both battery compartments filled with water and caused an internal short. I've owned trail cams from 5 different brands and these are the only ones I've ever had fail due to rain.while the camera's were operational they took good images and decent videos for an inexpensive cam. If they were waterproof as advertised I would rate them much higher.

The Izeeker IG200 Trail Camera is a solid choice for outdoor enthusiasts, wildlife watchers, and hunters looking for an affordable yet reliable camera to capture images and videos of wildlife. Having used the IG200 for several weeks, I can confidently share my thoughts on its performance and features.Design and Build Quality:The design of the IG200 is compact and rugged, making it well-suited for outdoor use. It features a camouflage pattern that helps it blend into natural surroundings, which is a crucial aspect for a trail camera. The camera is also weather-resistant, ensuring it can withstand various environmental conditions, from rain to extreme temperatures.Image and Video Quality:The IG200 boasts a respectable 32MP resolution for still images, which provides clear and detailed shots, even during the day. The infrared night vision capability is impressive, allowing for decent quality images and videos in low-light conditions. The video recording feature captures up to 1080p resolution, which is good for observing animal behavior.Trigger Speed and Detection Range:One of the standout features of the IG200 is its quick trigger speed, which is around 0.2 seconds. This ensures that you won’t miss those fleeting moments when animals pass by. The detection range is also commendable, with a distance of up to 65 feet, making it suitable for both close and distant captures.Battery Life:The camera runs on AA batteries, and with efficient power management, it can last several months on a single set, depending on usage and settings. This is a significant plus for those who want to set it up for extended periods without frequent maintenance.User-Friendly Interface:Setting up the IG200 is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive menu system. The LCD screen is clear and easy to navigate, allowing users to customize settings without hassle. The camera supports an SD card (up to 32GB), which is easy to install and remove for data transfer. Conclusion:Overall, the Izeeker IG200 Trail Camera is an excellent option for those seeking a reliable and budget-friendly trail camera. With its good image quality, fast trigger speed, and easy setup, it serves well for wildlife monitoring or hunting purposes. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive models, it provides excellent value for its price. I would recommend the IG200 to anyone looking for a dependable trail camera that delivers solid performance without breaking the bank.

Excellent camera and very reasonable price.Manual is also very good.Fairly easy setup. Just needed some fine tuning after using it a few times.Update:After further use, the camera just quit taking photos. Contacted iZeeker and they had me do a reset. This worked for a while and then it quit taking photos. Contacted them but still haven't received a reply. Right now this camera is very inconsistent. Also, which it had an adjustable PIR setting.Further update:I had excellent communication with customer service regarding the issues with the camera.Consequently, they sent me a replacement camera at NO COST.This is excellent customer service!!!!The new camera works very good.Thank you very much for all your assistance and efforts.

I have about 6 different brands of cameras around just to see which one works best both day and night and for security and wildlife. The day time videos on the camera are really good, but almost all of the night videos are barely viewable. This is by far the worst night time camera I have, but it is also one of the best day time cameras I have.Update: I'm not sure if I just got a bad unit the first time but they sent me a new one with a solar charger and this is my new favorite camera. Night time videos are clear and daytime are very clear and bright. I would definitely recommend this new version to anyone. I've had it up for over a month now so its taken over 300 videos both day and night.

Highly recommend this camera. It's a great price, the shipping was super fast and it's just all around a great camera. I love that you have the option to view your pictures right on the camera. The strap it comes with is very easy to use, it's sturdy and very long in length. I recommend this to all my friends and family and will definitely purchase it again!

The camera was loaded and able to take pics in low light where I could see what animal was just shredding my lawn at time. I found out it was skunks and they were looking for white grub worms. The camera works great and takes good pics.

After using the camera a few times I noticed that the video settings are not working correctly. No matter the setting (resolution) (video length,15 seconds, 20, 30, 1 min) the camera stops recording and the frame freezes for the last 10-15 seconds. I have another one and will be testing that to see if it is just a defective product or not. Like the camera otherwise as it takes very clear pics and video. No glow for complete darkness when taking pics or vids. Hoping it’s just this camera.Update: 10/10/24Tested the 2nd camera and it does the same thing. Disappointing really... The video stops recording 3/4 of the way through the set time. (at 1 minute it records 45 seconds and the frame freezes). It appears that the recording is the correct time but the playback is faster than the time of recording. It plays at a faster speed than is set. A 1 minute video actually records 1 minute but the playback is done in 45 seconds leaving the last 15 seconds frozen. I tried several different settings and it records the proper length but plays the video in 3/4 of the time set. I played a video on Window Media Player and altered the settings which played the entire video in the proper time. I don't want to have to make settings changes every time I play a video. iZeeker needs to fix this issue. Maybe go to a different format than AVI. (Like Mov. or MP4) I will keep the camera as it takes great pix and for the price I can use it for that. Too bad really as I purchased this for pix and vids. Disappointed!!!

I works great, takes quality pics, just does NOT take pics (or videos), just one every now and then, I put up 3 cameras pointing at the same spot, the other 2 took over 20 pics in a 24hr period, this thing took 1 (one) pic. I tried to drop the quality down (mb), nothing changed, it just does not want to take pics. Workes great and takes plenty in the house though. I have been playing with trail cams since they came out, so I'm not a newbie. Will never buy another of their products. Should have headed the reviews.

Not a bad camera for the price if you’re looking for something to play around with, but it does need a few improvements. Number one is, iZeeker needs to fix the strap that is used to hold the camera to a tree or another fixed object. The strap lock broke the second time I tried to lock it down. The latch should be metal with teeth that lock the strap in place, it shouldn’t be the cheep plastic that they use.The instructions were easy follow, set up only took a few minutes. Battery life is better than expected compared to other cameras I’ve used. Sensor sensitivity is pretty good at the middle setting. I have not tested the other functions so no need to comment on those. The image quality (video and photo) is not bad, but considering it’s a 20 megapixel camera it should be better, this could be the lens quality. Video is OK at 1080, if yo need higher quality I’d recommend going with a different brand that has better video resolution. The sensor detected deer at 100.As said above, if you are looking to see if you really need a trail camera, this is an inexpensive way to try it out.

Good camera for public land. Image quality is okay, but you get what you pay for. Overall quality is quite good, I like that you can use 4 or 8 batteries. User interface is easy to figure out, and the cameras are working well so far. Some SD cards the cameras won’t accept, not sure why. 32 GB SD cards are working for the time being. Good buy if you want some trail cams and don’t want to worry about theft, as they are ~$50 to replace.

First off I own quite a few trail cameras and use them for wildlife management and surveillance for property protection. The camera has some great features - no glow LED lights, low cost, excellent quality pictures, easy to set up and uses a SD card (I hate fumbling with micro SD cards, especially in the cold). Being able to view the screen when setting it up to ensure that you have the area covered that you want to capture on the camera is an awesome feature. However, there are 3 major design flaws. First is that the battery box is not enclosed in the body of the camera. Even though the battery box latch has a seal, I have had other cameras with similar exposed battery compartments leak water into the bottom of the battery box causing the camera to malfunction or die. It wouldn't take much more material to enclose the battery box in the camera itself, thus giving it double protection from water.Second, you can't lock the body of the camera as there is no locking hasp. If thieves can't take the camera, they open it and steal the SD card (has happened to me).Third, the tripod mount receiver is moulded into the bottom of the camera battery box latch. I use elevated tree mounts and the cameras can sway back and forth in the wind. This is going to cause the latch to flex, and again may cause water leakage. It wouldn't take much more material to mould this receiver to the back of the camera body.If these were fixed, I would rate as 5 stars.EDIT: I have to say their customer service has been excellent. I originally emailed my concerns before I posted the review . They immediately acknowledged and offered me a full refund, which I declined. They also passed on my concerns for future development. When I posted my review, again they offered a full refund which I declined. I like the camera, it just needs a few tweaks. All in all, this is a company that will stand behind their products and I have upgraded from 3 to 5 starsUpdate - have had the camera out behind my back fence to monitor coyotes. Coyotes spook easily at night with cameras that glow red when the IR flash is set off. This camera has great no glow IR as you can see that this coyote was not scared at all and was within 3 feet of the camera. If they would just package this camera with an enclosed battery box and a better location for the thread in bolt, this would be an awesome unit!
