This pair of wrist straps are exactly what I needed for my cable tower. I've found that due to an elbow issue, front and lateral raises cause me some pain with dumbells. But when I put my hand into the cable handle and didn't grip it, I had no pain. That's not a secure way to go about lifting, so I found these. They are made from heavy duty material, with a neoprene lining that's soft and moisture wicking. They wrap snuggly around my wrist and secure well with a generous in size velcro strip. They each have 2 triangle attachment points. They are directly opposite each other and make pulling from a variety of angles possible. These are definitely for the wrist, and give a good deal of support (similiar to wrist straps that I have), but can totally be used on the ankle as well. The triangle attachments are small enough that you could even use these as dedicated wrist braces when doing bigger lifts like bench, the just slip them into the caribiner of the cable machine. The material is heavy duty, and I have no qualms about using these with heavier weights as I progress. Would absolutely recommend!
