They work as they were designed for. Please note that you will need both fuses inserted in order to be functional and have a closed circuit. No issues for the installation part. Anyhow, when you insert the fuses they feel tight, very tight. Good and bad. More than that they are just OK but work for my application.

There are multiple fuse boxes in my van, but the primary one is under the dash. The fuse receptacle is recessed between two plastic ridges that I initially thought wouldn't allow me to use the tap, but after some trial and error it fits, at least in the locations I need to use it for. I need it to support a current draw of 12 amps, but that exceeds the fuse that is in the slot that I need to tap into, so I'll have to use that circuit to control a relay that will switch a higher draw circuit from a second tap in an empty slot. Not a big deal, but less straightforward.The taps are unusable in the fuse box at the rear of the van, as the sockets are recessed too far. Does anyone know if someone makes a fuse/socket extension for situations like that? I've found some that plug in to a mini socket but then have a standard fuse receptacle. I'd like to find one that has a mini plug with a mini socket.

Yoy get cheap quality for cheap price. But depending in what used for serves very well. I have it for my dynamic hoodlight tapped into a account fuse. And it works great. Some are hit and miss but there's few good ones in a pack. Works in a cinch
