Light weight, small ear cups, boom mike. Comfortable. Wire comes out of the left ear cup. USB. I paid $15.67 which is a great price. If you like those features then this is a good headset.

I have had no issues with this product so far. I was hesitant when I read the reviews but, I needed something cheap and quick until I can get a better set. I really have no complaints.

Was given a set to try first and found they are excellent, bought these and the sound quality is amazing, they are so comfortable to wear too and easy to adjust. Would recommend, although more expensive than some headsets it's worth the money.

This headset is a dream for anyone who places or receives calls from their computer, or who uses any kind of multimedia groupware, such as Skype, Zoom, WebEx, Chime, Teams, etc.. The headset is light and comfortable (2.6 ounces/74 grams excluding the cord), and the headband adjusts to fit heads big and small. The headphones are crystal-clear for vocals, and the microphone captures clear, full-fidelity audio, making your voice crystal-clear and lifelike in telephone conversation. The cord is approximately 8-feet long, with controls on the cord ergonomically placed an arm's length from the headset. These controls adjust the volume level, mute the microphone, and hang up the current call. They're easy enough to use, and though they're not clearly labeled (black embossed icons on black buttons), you'll quickly remember that the closer button mutes the mic while the farther one hangs up.I purchased this set after trying in vain for the past year to find a Bluetooth headset with a decent microphone and call fidelity. As much as I love the idea of a wireless headset and the conveniences it brings, Bluetooth just hasn't been able to deliver the goods, at least not unless you pay a lot of money for a premium headset. I'll spare the detailed explanation as to why this is so, just understand that lower-priced headsets don't make full use of the bandwidth available to Bluetooth and the end result is poor fidelity audio in both directions. USB headsets have two orders of magnitude more bandwidth to work with (480Mbps, vs 2Mbps) and delivers high quality sound in both directions. Cords be damned, this headset is superior to any Bluetooth set I have. For phone calls. This headset is NOT suitable for playing back music because it simply has no bass response. The headphones have small drivers, and the cups do not cover your ears to create a cavity suitable to reproduce low-frequency sounds. Sounds from 500Hz up are very clear and it does deliver stereo sound, but you won't hear kick drums or bass notes prominently. It's not a problem for me, because these are intended for use in a work setting, which is where I use them, and their purpose is to reproduce voices clearly, which they do astoundingly well. I listen to music on them when I work sometimes, and at low volume they are just fine. Just don't expect Sennheiser, Bose, or Sony studio quality out of these: you're buying a good work truck here, not a Rolls Royce.

Mic stops working after 5 months of use, but I found returns or support is no longer available. Anything I can do to change my heart about the company or the product?

So I bought these because my work involves lots of VoIP calls that I have to take care of while being at home. The sound is crystal clear and the noise reduction is DEFINITELY worth it (My pets bark every now and then but the noise reduction really gets the job done). The headsets feel really comfortable due to being really lightweight and well cushioned. So if you are looking a high quality headset at an affordable price, this is definitely worth the shot!

Got it for using with Skype-for-business phone conferences (each one about an hour long), and occasionally to listen to audio output for my PC. Works perfectly for both purposes. Controls on the cord integrate with Skype (hang up/mute/unmute/volume). No drivers to install, gets recognized by USB. You might need to go into sound control center to make it the default device. When first plugged in, the sound was coming only from the left speaker - but after I unplugged and plugged the headset back in, the issue fixed itself and never came back in subsequent use.Sound quality seems fine, both the speakers and the mike (others hear me clearly). The headset is light and comfortable. Microphone arm moves upwards when not in use.

Ultimately I purchased this for my Mac (at time of review, using OS X Sierra 10.12.3) to use with by softphone service (Dialpad). I've also used it with Zoom and a few other software apps. The downside is that the buttons don't really do much on a Mac, at least not with my software apps. I realize it's designed for Skype/Lync, but I had hopes that I could rework some of the buttons. On the plus side, the cable is incredibly long for a device like this. I don't feel 100% tethered to my computer. It also uses little power, so I'm able to use it in one of the USB ports on the side of my keyboard instead of having to plug it directly into the computer (when used on MacMini). Clarity is HUGE with this one, and I've actually had a few colleagues ask me what I'm using as they are Nextiva partners that utilize the softphone features at their HQ and want one that works well for people with glasses. That brings be to a pro and con -- the soft cushions are nice on the ears, no pinching! However, I am a DJ and am very much used to headphones that fully encompass the ear. I often feel like they simply aren't there, which is a con for me -- perhaps a pro for someone on the phone all day.And no, you aren't going to want to listen to your streaming music through these things, but they get the job done for basic audio needs and are pretty superior for making phone calls.

The sound quality is good but they hurt my ears after an hour or so. Also, using them always mutes my computer so after every time I use them I have to turn my computer volume back up. And I CNT use my keyboard controls to adjust the sound, only the attachment in the wire it comes with.

Insgesamt also: für lange Meetings ideal!
