Missing parts Not working properly the answer button won’t work and my customer all said that they couldn’t hear me and it e refunded it’s taking TOO long to process!

I purchased this unit for the DETC features that would allow me to use it wirelessly up to 300 feet. When I first set it up it started to distort around 30 feet away from the base. Upon looking at the settings it was set for only "Short Range" settings. Once I tried to change the settings an alert came up that the settings were write protected and I could not change them. Upon talking to Jabra I was advised that the previous owner would be the only entity that would be able to unlock the settings. The vendor selling this took no ownership in helping fix this and said I had to deal with Amazon to resolve it.

This product showed up with the earpiece barely attached. It feels like it is going to break in my hand at any moment.Range is 10-15 feet! A far cry from the advertised 490 feet.Absolute waste of a purchase!!!

It did not work for me. And when I got it, the ear piece was off an honestly it looked raggedy. Definitely would not recommend buying. You get what you pay for. This was a waste of a purchase.

Has usb input for soft phone. As well as hard phone wire options. We'll worth the purchase.
