I bought a Jabra headset in 2022 and it is still working beautifully. It's small and compact, and I save it for when I'm on the road. I wanted another headset for my normal daily work, so I bought a Jabra Evolve2 50. After less than 2 months, the microphone has failed. It turns out that Jabra has firmware problems with the Evolve 2 series - and that's not something that's easily determined by just searching for Jabra headsets on the internet. Someone has to tell you about this, so I am doing so. I wish it wasn't the case, but uploading the new firmware has not helped. This is basically a loss of about $100. For two months, it was as good as it gets, but not over time. You may want to look into a different headset. I know I'm going to have to do so.

Amazing. Active voice isolation is so useful, my gf is Latina and it’s a mad house and I work from home. The team never hears the f bombs and the abuse I take at home. It also has active noise cancellation so I don’t hear it either. Also super comfortable. Totally worth it. Important is the plug and play compatibility. I never have to configure anything it just works on Mac and windows

Cord is to short BUT I can hear myself when speaking to customer (really well) . The sound is great to, his base but it really is comfortable for about 7 hours straight. After that anything would become an irritant, but doen't "hurt". Very light weight and still condenses or lessens back ground noise. Not as good as an over the ear cuz it's not an over the ear, but surprisingly does lessen certain sounds. Definitely with the money. Makes me want the cordless but reviews are not as good so now sticking with these.

Comfortable, works well, and a great value for the money. Noise canceling isn’t exceptional but with music is masks office noise well. I appreciate these fitting my lager head without discomfort.

Bought this along with a yealink headset to see which one works the best for a noise canceling mic. I have a wfh job call center style. This won by a large margin. Tested this on teams with a coworker and played various types of noises at different closeness in proximity to me at high volume. She couldn’t hear anything and when I put my phone on high volume right next to the mic, she could hear something but it was very quiet and she couldn’t make out what it was.I like that you don’t have to download anything as my work does not allow external downloads. This is worth the price. The ear pieces are alright, kind of comfortable but can make your ears sweaty.

Received 5/24/24 I work from home use 5 days a week. The were good I really like noise cancellation it’s was so quiet people would ask if I was still on line. And now: started spotting in and out Monday, checked plug and computer settings. Yesterday same but not as bad, TODAY totally unable to use, checked plug unplugged and tried different slot, settings, buttons on headphones but it like it’s stuck in mute no one can hear me! I tried troubleshooting online. I am so frustrated!!!! I bought a $109 headphones that worked 1 1/2 months while a co worker bought $20 different brand that still work great, not cool

I've tried many headsets until I found this one. They were either not comfortable or the sound was bad (and that's not even considering the bluetooth quality/connection issues). The Jabra Evolve2 50 is amazing and I hope that Jabra will keep making it for a long time (in case I need a new one at some point!).

I bought this for my office, which typically has multiple people on conference calls at their cubicle desks throughout the day, and out HVAC equipment can be loud. I was looking for a headset with good mic cancelling for stopping background noise from getting through my mic, and good headphone noise cancelling so that I could hear others on my calls.I’ve found this headset to hit all the marks above. I’m surprised at how loud my office is when I take them off! I haven’t noticed my mic registering any background noise or feedback, even when a coworker two cubes over is on the same call and talking. I’m surprised how good the headphone canceling is for on-ear headphones. The headphone voice sound quality is great; that’s the reason I went with wired over wireless. I’ve had no complaints about the mic quality.Comfort is good. I have a big head and wear glasses, and while these aren’t as comfy as over ear headphones, I can wear them for a couple of hours before they become uncomfortable. I’m not on calls all day though, and I usually switch to my AirPods to listen to music or podcasts between calls. That said, music sounds fine on these headphones; I’m not expecting any audiophile quality, but they’re much better than the Logitech Zone 125 headphones I had.I got the UC USB-C version, and moving the boom mic up to mute works with Google Meet.Overall, I’d recommend this for anyone who takes calls at their desk sporadically through the day in an occasionally noisy office. This is a good all-around headset.

Got these for my wife and wasn't disappointed! The noise cancellation mic works great! Baby crying, other people in house making noise, talking, things dropping... this device can handle it all! Good noise cancelling microphone and good headphones!
