Works very well with my Bemis seat / lid. At first it looked like the holes were slightly wider, like by a mm but the screws went in very aligned. I replaced the half inch, rusted screws with stainless steel 3/4 “ wood screws. I don’t see where anyone else measured the width between holes, so I used a caliper and it measured 18.5mm which is 3/4”.Looks to be higher quality than the ones that I replaced. Operation is a bit stiff but seat and lid stay up well.

This set of hinges worked perfectly to replace the broken hinges on my Church brand elongated toilet seat and lid. The holes on the hinges and on the lid and seat were perfectly aligned.

The replacement parts look exactly like the original parts. Be sure to keep the existing metal screws since this set didn't come with them.

I had an older toilet seat that matched the toilet and tub in a light sandy/shell color. One hinge finally broke. Unfortunately seats are not made in that color anymore. I tried every version of a beige seat with no luck. I was able to rescue the original seat with these new hinges preserving the color coordination with the other fixtures. Easy to install and of the same quality as the originals.

Las compré para un asiento Bemis de madera que tenían este mismo tipo de bisagras y las medidas correspondían. Llegaron en tiempo y al instalarlas quedaron perfectas! Solo tuve que comprar los tornillos nuevos porque las bisagras no los traen incluidos. 100% recomendables!

Replaced the stock hinge in my boat at 23 years old. At that age, I went with the same name brand (vs a cheaper generic set) as it lasted that long, why chance it at half the price when it may not last, fit, or function as well. (the old one broke on a trip) and most of the other parts were cracked. Install went well, fit and function as perfect as the original. I haven't had to contact the seller for any issues, or returns but would not hesitate to purchase this item from this vendor/seller again.
