Handy and overpowers that crusty sealed jar. But a lot of jars are bigger than this can fit.

I had a really old one I needed to replace. These were just what the doctor ordered. I have severe arthritis in my hands and cannot grip a lid to open anything from soda bottles to apple sauce jars. This works great.

This was purchased to replace a similar item I had for years. While it is effective at opening smaller jars and bottles, the diameter is less than 3 inches which is smaller than most pickle jars, sauce jars, etc. It is great for small jelly jars, olives, and bottles, but too small for many of the jars I would typically use it to open.

Not working at all. Smaller than described. The handles are too far apart. It requires so much effort to squeeze. Hurts your hand. Returning for sure.

Where/How you place your hand on the device makes a LOT of difference. Don’t just assume your hand to go to the end, as if device was a lever.
