Compact bass for your compact space Today's compact powered subwoofers have brought the pleasures of great bass to smaller spaces than ever before, but there are still places a typical compact sub won't fit. JBL's BassPro Nano gives you 100 solid watts of RMS power in a 10" x 8" x 3" enclosure that fits under almost any seat. A specially-designed shallow-profile 6"x8" woofer gives the BassPro Nano the impact of a larger speaker while saving valuable space. The die-cast anodized aluminum enclosure and metal grille protect the speaker from accidental damage. Control over your bass The low-pass filter, adjustable bass boost, and phase switch help you dial in your sound. Line- and speaker-level inputs with switchable load give you multiple options for wiring your system. The included wiring harness simplifies installation, and a wired remote control lets you adjust the sub's volume from the driver's seat. When you need to bring modern bass response to the cramped spaces of today's vehicles, the BassPro Nano delivers great sound in an easy-to-fit package.

Obviously we don’t expect this to be too loud, but it is a perfect amount for a small car like an Acura RSX we put it in. My lady is happy with the sound.

This is a nice little under the seat subwoofer to give you a little slap. Won't rattle windows or your seat but it'll step up the factory system. Installed it in a 2024 Buick Envista. Worth the money!

Pretty easy to wire up, good sound, decent footprint and nice build quality. I'd buy it again and surely will be removing and reinstalling in another vehicle when i eventually get rid of the one its in now.

I mounted this sub behind the driver’s seat in a NC Miata, and ended up liking it so much that I bought a second one to put behind the passenger seat. They put out a nice, tight bass line that you can feel, without vibrating the whole car or deafening the passengers. Installation is pretty easy; I was able to do it by myself in about two hours. Its performance is excellent for a miniature sub, but keep in mind that it CANNOT compete with a 10” vented enclosure. It lacks that ‘big bass’ sound, and even at maximum gain, you won’t be able to hear (or feel) it if you put it in the trunk. Hip hop and rap bass lines tend to roll off noticeably on the extreme low-end notes, but for classic rock, country, and less bass-heavy music its performance is flawless. Two other things to note:The Nano is very slim, but if your car has very low-slung seats (Miata) it won’t fit underneath. The remote volume knob has an obnoxiously bright blue power indicator. I had to mount it facing down, to keep it from blinding me while driving at night. If I could change one thing about the Nano, it would be that annoying light.

Forget all the normal recommendations (key amp and speaker replacements). This nano with a $20 wire kit tapped to kick panel speakers is a great option.Fits underneath the rear driver-side seat and still allows the seat to fully drop.Of course I'd love for it to boom as much as a 8" or 10" woofer, but it does really good and if you are just looking for that missing bass to an otherwise STOCK system. If you have a 23 or newer that comes with the deleted woofer, for about the same price ($250-ish) you'd probably want to just go that route instead.

So far so good. Its an awesome addition. Remember, its only a 6x8 so it won't rattle the neighborhood. But does a great job enhancing the factory system and adding substance. This was installed in a 2022 bronco with a factory system. I also installed a kicker key 200.4 amp and that was unnecessary. Not impressed with the amp. Go straight for this sub and then decide if anything more is needed. I'm guessing nothing more is needed. This sub sounds great.

Installed in my '21 Tiguan. It adds everything i need and nothing i don't. Put it right under the front of the drivers seat. It puts out way more punch than I would expect from something so compact. Granted it is not a 12" in a ported box. Pretty basic install. The perfect little addition to complete the entire range. The bass knob is great since you can adjust it to your liking whenever you please. Great job on this one JBL.

I installed this sub in my 2005 Silverado Crew under the rear seat. I wanted to replace the blown door speakers up front and add the right sub to give my music clean lows. It was easy to install, and is just what I was looking for. Paired this with 6.5" JBL Concert components up front, and the back doors already had nice 3 way speakers. If you are looking for a sub that is compact, and will add excellent sounding low end to your music, this is a great option. If you are expecting ground pounding bass that can be heard for miles, this will NOT work well for that. If you're like me and want great sound in your vehicle that doesn't take up your whole back seat, or make the kids go deaf...you won't be disappointed. I would compare it more to a Home Theater experience than anything else. Highly recommended!!
