These fit well enough to ride my heavy electric bike and save me from getting hurt badly when I inevitably crash riding dirt trails. They don't shift as I'm pedaling etc and so far have protected from several bad falls. The helmet is a little tight on my large head but fits tight enough to be effective. The wrist guards are a game changer for keeping your hands and wrists safe from injury. I bought these guards after a fall that slightly cut open my knee, in subsequent falls no injuries (other than to pride) were sustained.

I have not used them because of the weather. However, them seem sturdy and durable and the craftsmanship seems good. If something would change I will make an edit.

I'm a skinny adult male, the helmet is very tight even when loosened, it'll work but it hurts a buy to wear. Looks good and sturdy though. The rest of the pieces are pretty nice as well and they hold in position pretty well but not entirely. They provide good protection as well.
