Used one of these to power a GTX 960 in a Dell T1700 using the original 295W Dell power supply, Played several games of Fortnite and ran full set of 3DMark and Superposition benchmarks many times over without the wires or six pin connector getting the slightest bit warm, so personally I'm happy it works as it should for normal usage patterns.
