Purchased and used it twice. On second use, caster wheel fell out of the frame and could not be replaced. I should have paid attention to the multiple other people with the same concern.I asked to return for a refund which they agreed to, but they didn't cover shipping because it was out of the window. Kind of ridiculous that I get to foot that bill when I'm returning their obviously defective product. Shipping cost was very high so I didn't net much on the return.Ironically as I was packing it to return it, another caster wheel fell out. Comical.Definitely don't bother purchasing this. Get something better quality. Disappointing that this same comment comes up repeatedly in the reviews, yet the company apparently hasn't seen fit to address this issue. I imagine the product is still selling and it's so expensive to ship back for a return when it breaks, that they don't get many returns.

The wheels come out and the metal bent easily which is why the wheel fell off. Very poor quality. Don’t waste your money.

I received the first one, which didn't want to go together right. Seems there was something bent on the wheels during shipment or something. I reached out to the company to explain the situation and see what they might suggest, and they sent a whole new one that went together flawlessly. I am very impressed by the customer service, to be honest, I was a little bummed to find out I ordered something that was shipped via Amazon as I've had issues in the past with things. But, have no fear, they got you! Thank you for a great experience and an amazing product!

I get a lot of comments on the job about how cool it is and what a good idea it is. It was easy to put together and it's very good quality, especially for the price. The only other ones I see are cheap junk ones and a $200 one. It can be used in so many ways at work and I'm sure I will be seeing a lot more of them at my job. You can also use it as a moving dolly but I'd only use it for moving about 50 lbs for the size of the wheels. The 300 lb limit I would assume is just for sitting and not rolling over uneven surfaces with a bunch of weight. Great product.

Updated Review: I had to change my review because Jegs made it right after a few tries. I just asked for a new head section but they sent me an entire new kit of the Creeper. I changed it from 1 star to 4 stars.Original Review: One of the casters on the head section will not screw in tight because the threaded insert from factory is spinning as I try to tighten the caster bolt down...I tried calling the number provided but no answer after a half hour...Quality Casters should be the #1 CORE-competency of anyone making a crawler. If they don't work, the product is worthless...I hope the Manufacturing Agent reads this and provides me a remedy. Otherwise I will ship it back because the customer service people can't be reached!!!

Awesome two in one tool. Recommend for a garage space. It isn’t very long so if your over 6ft like me you won’t fit totally all the way on it but still enough to be comfortable to get the job done laying down. Otherwise very good.
