If you work on cars this is a must have! Such a life changer. Took 10-15mins to assemble and looks better in person than it does in the pictures. Very sturdy and comfortable. Highly recommend. Also looks good next to my purple snap-on tool box. Don’t have a picture of it next to it but trust me it’s the best combo stool on the market.

I purchased this for my fiance because he wanted something small enough to sit on yet room to place a few tools under himself. I thought this was perfect. It's very sturdy and well made. Only thing is it's a guessing game at putting it together. A picture is what you get for directions. Otherwise I highly recommend this for any man who is looking for a 2 in 1 rolling work stool plus a small step stool.

Pros: flip to become a step. Comfortable. Jegs customer support is top notch.Cons: sometimes seating position is high.Does not utilize locktite. So I bought this for the price. And if built right, it's worth every penny. I do recomend getting larger jack stands as you need your work set a little higher. Best comparison is to the MAC step seat. Which I think is the same seat. IMPORTANT!!! Buy some blue Loctite and remove the casters and reinstall with the Loctite! All mine came loose and stripped one. Jegs shipped a new castor no issues.

Needed a creeper for the garage, and stumbled across this thing while looking. Was intrigued with the design. Found 3 different brands carrying the same identical “model”, so best I could, I comparison shopped the versions from OEMtools, Pro-lifT, & JEGS. (Never found the MAC version.) Buyers of all 3 mentioned mostly the same assembly woes, but I took the gamble & went w/ the JEGS brand. Less faulty castor troubles, and was on sale too. I also frequently need a stepstool for my high shelving/storage, so seemed like a good fit).Arrived doubleboxed, tightly packed, & perfect. Heeded all the assembly comments. Especially about TIGHTEN AFTER. No issues.Mine arrived with the giant yellow JEGS logo, not the jegs ‘pattern’ like some of the others. Castors roll & spin smooth while seated, but may upgrade them in a year or so, given what I’ve read in the reviews. Didn’t see any sign of stripped or defective castors. And Definitely a fan of the 5 instead of just 4; real good stability while I’m leaning in deep. Seat is cushy; I give it 2, maybe3 yrs probably, before the elasticity/bounce gives, and need to replace/upgrade it. I’m only 200lbs tho so... “your milage may vary”. The (vinyl?) seat material cover seems durable enough, should do ok. I was a bit frowny-faced with the plastic bottom pan, but it kept the weight/price low, so I’ll live with it until I come up with something better. It is in no way flimsy, but it is not metal, either, so keep that in mind. The Rubber feet cushions are very acceptable, and should hold up fine. Easy to replace if they don’t. The adjustable foot (4th foot only) is a great addition for uneven flooring if you need it.The Creeper-to-stepstool flip is a quick & easy jerk motion, just what i needed. Having the 2-in-1 seat tilt-to-stool is a big time saver vs grabbing the foldout; no more look around. HOWEVER..tilting a creeper you keep washers-nuts-bolts-screws-parts-tools on, requires some upgrades (for me at least) to keep from DUMPING a hundred parts everywhere. And the foul language thereafter.UPGRADES/ADDITIONs:2 MAGNETIC tray bowls (1 long, 1small)-- Long one mounted under the stepstool (for tools), small one mounted on the creeper, LeftHandSide (for parts). A MUSTHAVE.A Handle -- Flipped this thing alot more often than I thought I would originally. So drilled and mounted a spare cabinet handle underneath the stepstool, near the bent Lip. Waaay easier to grab & flip now.90degree SwivelHead MAGNETIC end flashlight (Craftsman)-- mounted under the seat arm, pointed forward. Direct light at a ankle level makes a heck of difference while your working.Yeti MOLLE Bottle Opener-- aligned & attached it directly to the seat‘s spacer bracket bolt. Had to drill out the MOLLE slot a little to accommodate the bolt, but fit nicely.(reformed the Yeti to change the ‘bottle entry angle’ from 90deg to 45deg downangle with a vice and a crow bar.)Feeespining Wheelchair CupHolder-- Strapped to the cross arm that supports the seat. No spillage from the seat-to-stepstool-tilt with the 360deg freespin.A creeper+stepstool combo isn’t necessarily for everyone, but it does both things I need it to do Well (which is rare), and stands up to my abuse. At a Good price point.Might order a second one for those ‘2man jobs’ that pop up from time to time.

I only gave it 4 stars for sturdiness because it arrived with a crack in the plastic tray. It was still essentially functional but the customer service was spot on. They shipped a replacement part immediately. Really happy with the overall products and I do believe as assembled it will hold up well

Needed something sturdy enough to handle my 300+ pound @$$ but also sturdy and just the right height for my bad back and knees to be able to work on the car while being high enough for me to get up from.Delivered quickly - shipping speed far exceeded the max ETA. Assembled quick and easy (my 2 daughters ages 2 + 11 helped me assemble it.) Sturdy both in seat mode as well as step stool mode. Wheels are smooth, while stool feet have great rubber grips. The one adjustable height corner is a nice added touch to balance out wobble on uneven surfaces. Very impressed, especially for the affordable price. Would definitely buy again !!!
