I had slightly lower than normal fuel pressure for years, and with that no fuel pressure at start up. This seems to have fixed both of those problems!Scratch that. The fuel pressure is better, but it didn't fix the lack of fuel pressure at start up. I added a check valve close to the lift pump on the feed side and that did the trick! At least before the check valve failed about a day and a half. I'm hoping it was just a cheap check valve problem. I've hopefully got a better quality one coming.

Keeps pressure and fuel in my pump while truck is off, starts up instantly after replacement. Great fix for hard stops.

A little different design than original. The original has a small weep hole for bleeding air. But appears to work fine.

I had poor fuel pressure, I thought it was old fuel filters. I was having difficulty starting my truck and when I hit a bump my fuel pressure would fluctuate. I tried changing my fuel filters and was unable to prime them although I could hear the FASS running. Installed this overflow valve and the FASS primed first time I tried. I was showing 16psi fuel pressure. Truck started first bump like its supposed to.

Works as designed. Good quality banjo bolt. Installed on 01 24 Valve with FASS 150 feeding it shows 17 PSI at idle and 12 PSI at WOT.
