Jetboil's Lightest Self-Contained Cooking System

The Jetboil MicroMo Cooking System is lightweight and easy to pack without compromising power or efficiency. Featuring powerful FluxRing technology and unparalleled simmer control, the MicroMo camping stove is regulated for consistent performance down to 20 degrees Fahrenheit. The lightweight .8-liter FluxRing cooking cup has an insulated cozy, and the bottom cover doubles as a measuring cup and bowl for ease in cooking and preparing hot meals and drinks.

In 2001, Dwight Aspinwall and Perry Dowst revolutionized backcountry cooking by creating a fast, compact and efficient stove unlike anything the world had ever seen—the first-ever Jetboil. And our engineers have been following in their footsteps ever since, relentlessly pushing the limits of what’s possible by inventing technologies that continue to redefine the industry.

The system works well. Heats water fast.Only issue lid doesn’t stay on very well when packed in back pack. I used elastic to keep it on for travel.

Jet Boil is the best, truly. I have tried so many other stove situations, and was for some reason hesitant to drop the money on the one stove I KNEW would be my favorite.I bought the MicroMo for backpacking and it's a tiny little light thing, and boils water even at 7000' in two minutes. Easy enough to set up- the pot rack took me a second (the prongs fold OUT), but it puts together in no time, and also when you're done packs inside itself.I didn't notice it came with the pot stand and the stand to hold the whole setup more steady, and ended up purchasing them separately. Gave them to a friend who didn't have them, so it's all good. Just know these come with the MicroMo.

I like to keep things light weigh but refuse to compromise on safety or efficiency. The JetBoil MicroMo was the perfect backpacking stove for my needs. It uses the JetBoil modular design so the water pot has a mechanical connection to the burner, keeping it firmly in place. This feature is important to me because it helps avoid accidentally burning yourself with hot water in the middle of the forest, due to an unstable cooking pot. The MicroMo is extremely light weight. The are lighter titanium stoves out there, but not significantly lighter and when you consider how fuel efficient the the stove is (boiling water in about 2 1/2 minutes), it means far less fuel weight you need to pack. The igniter worked flawlessly for me and I have been very please with the stove so far. Thanks JetBoil.

LOVE THIS STOVE.It's not for backwoods gourmet cooking although with the right pot I think you'd be good. It boils water in no time and you can use it anywhere. We've made coffee in the truck, heated water for sponge baths in the park restrooms, and whip up hot toddy's after everything thing else was bear proofed. For the weight and convenience its hands down a winner.

I got this due to the ability to adjust the heat. Gives you the ability to heat things up or just make some instant coffee in about 20 seconds. Light weight and easy to pack. The lid was a little loose but some quick adjustments by pushing and pulling to mold it tighter, it now stays on well. I've already had it in the field, making coffee, eggs, heating up stew and making noodles. Several guys I work with are now buying the same one.

Over all this is a big improvment on the older models, and light enough for hiking. the only problem is the lid does not fit as well as it could, they have put a much smaller lip on the lid to save some weight and this can cause the lid to pop off in your pack. Not a big problem.

I never write reviews. This is my first review, because I truly believe that the company that makes Jetboil deserves it. Their customer service is the best! When I first purchased the Jetboil, I melted the plastic and burnt my pot because I did not know that a pot holder was required. They replaced both the pot and burner free of charge. After happily using the product for over a year, I broke the plastic skirt and lost the top lid while on a six day backpacking trip at Isle Royale. I called them to purchase a replacement and instead the customer service representative said that she will just send me the items for FREE as a gesture of goodwill! How awesome is that!!!This is truly a great product that comes with great customer service, thank you so much Jetboil/Johnson Outdoors

Very compact lightweight. Packs up about the size of a beer mug. Boils a pint of water in less than a minute.Arrived in two days very happy and less than £100, Orange stabiliser legs included.

I love, love this thing... Wicked fast for boiling water, lightweight and compact for backpacking. My only complaint is that when you're packing everything into the mug (which is so slick how everything fits down inside, and the measuring cup covers the "fins" at the base of the mug), the burner part is a pretty close fit, and can scratch the coating on the inside of the mug. I like to put a small plastic baggy or small paper towel over the burner before sliding it into the mug to prevent that, and (bonus) keeps everything a bit cleaner as it covers the stabilizing legs too--which can get a bit mucky depending where you're setting it up. I love also that the mug has volume measurements in the side, so if you do misplace the measuring cup, you still know how much water you're pouring in. Overall, super impressed, and glad I upgraded my stove. No more waiting and waiting for hot water!

I absolutely love this model of Jetboil. I have been using the Flash for years, and I love that stove, but the MicroMo has the upgrades that made it worth picking up. It's their lightest model in aluminum, has their new valve system which allows for precision temp control, and it's only .2L less in volume than the Flash but a full 5 oz lighter. 4oz fuel canisters still fit inside the stove with all of its parts.Remove the included bottom cup and the orange stove stand for another 2.05oz weight savings! This pot will boil enough water easily for 2 people for dehydrated meals, coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. This is the best complete cook set on the market if you want fast, reliable, light and compact all in one efficient unit.
