  • The default channel of NVR is 8 channels. Please change the channel to 16 channels manually on your computer monitor (System >> Limited Channels >> Select Channels >> Save Settings).

  • Hard Drive Issue: If the hard drive connected to the NVR is not installed, it will emit beeping sounds to alert the user. you can cancel this settings on a Monitor, Alarm>>> Abnormality>>> No disk >>> Cancel select "Beep", and save the settings.

  • If you want to use computer monitor to access NVR, the user name is admin and no password is needed; if you want to use computer software “Videolink” to access this NVR, the user name is admin and the password is 123456;

  • Support, cameras using other APP can be added via ONVIF protocol and support to view live video/playback recordings/pan and tilt cameras.

  • This POE 8CH NVR is perfectly compatible with Videolink/AC18PRO app series cameras.

Based on other reviews i bought it. Supposedly it was easy to set up. Couldn't even set up an account. It doesn't power on, which is easy you plug it in. I think i have a lemon

It is a great solution for home or business surveillance. The 4K resolution provides high-quality video, and the 8-channel capacity allows you to connect multiple cameras. The remote access feature makes it easy to monitor your property from anywhere, and the 24/7 recording ensures you never miss a thing.

This is one excellent 8 channel PoE camera network video recorder in my opinion! It was easy to set up and well built in regard to its overall construction. The unit requires the installation of a hard disk drive to store the footage, but I had a spare HDD laying around which was relatively simple to connect and install inside the NVR. The video recording quality is excellent since I have high resolution PoE cameras in place that I connected to this unit. The interface is very intuitive and works well, and I like that the system can be expanded beyond 8 cameras using an additional PoE switch. To date, I am very pleased with this product's performance, so it earns the top five star ranking from me for sure!
