Cutting depth varies in straight or bevel cutting on different materials:

Equipped with 6 blades: 4 blades for wood, 2 blades for metal.
Tips for Blade Replacement:
Please unscrew the blade clamp, and then insert the blade into groove completely. Only when the blade clamp is restored to the original position, the blade is successfully locked. If it's not locked, the blade may fly out. Please make sure the blade is locked before using.

Terrible. I bought this to make a sign. While cutting a curve I noticed that the Angie of the cut was changing. I looked at the base plate that keeps the saw level with the wood, and noticed that the base was bent. It’s a flawed design. You can see where the engineers need a ripple support in the base plate. There’s a section which goes to flat metal, and that’s where the base plate begins bending. And it can’t be bent back. Since I needed to complete the sign, I ordered a Black and Decker jigsaw Prime delivery overnight, and it worked perfectly, and was half the price. Yes, it doesn’t have the laser guide as this saw, but I found the laser guide inaccurate and not useful because it is too far from the cutting/blade. While cutting, you have to simply look at where the blade is cutting, not the laser. I contacted customer support for this company/saw, explaining the bent base plate issue, and they never responded.

This saw is easy to assemble and use. It works. It even comes with a few extra wood and metal blades, so I was ready to start working right away. I really like using it to cut out special shapes for my wooden projects. I have just finished using it to cut a 38” in diameter round tabletop out of 3/4” plywood for our patio furniture. I love it. It’s worth the money.

Did a ton of research online before I bought this jigsaw. Was hesitant at first because of the price/quality and never heard much about the brand before. After researching a bunch of different websites and video reviews the TECCPO kept showing up on these review lists( usually next to the deWalt brand). I use this saw every other day at my job and it runs like a name brand tool! Smooth cuts and very quick. Purchase an upgraded blade though it will make this saw run like a champ. No bad marks from me all positive feed back so far. I definitely recommend this tool to all looking for a jigsaw!

Received the saw 3 days late and really needed it to make cutouts to finish a project. Didn't want to spend too much money on yet another tool so tried the amazon recommended saw. Tried it out on practice runs and seem to cut just fine and laser was very helpful. Decided to do one final practice before work on real project and the cuts were way off. The laser sighting became skewed and the blade alignment is off. Tried for an hour to re-align but couldn't. Decided to use on project as I needed to finish. Projected messed up. Returning the saw.=================================The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement saw. The replacement saw works much better. The blade is aligned and the laser is also aligned to the cut line. This is a relatively inexpensive jig saw but there are a number of useful adjustments and features and the motor is quite powerful. I am not an expert and use mostly plywood and softwoods so this saw is good enough for me. A more experienced woodwork may want to spend more for a better saw. Note, I didn't pay for the replacement saw.
