Your cart is empty. This universal cold shoe adapter fits into the Canon's Mini Advanced Shoe to allow LED lights, microphone and other universal shoe mount accessories to be mounted to the Canon camcorder with Mini Advanced Shoe.
It is a cold shoe mount adapter only. It does not pass-through the audio or power connections present in the Mini Advanced shoe on the camcorder.

Finally found the right shoe adapter. Perfect for adding small gadgets to your set up but starts feeling weak and unstable when I mounted an iPhone on the mount for an external monitor. But then again I’m filming sports and always shifting around during my shots.

Weak unstable plastic piece could work for holding like, i don’t know, a post it, maybe, but no camera gear (lights, handle, mic, etc)

Works fine. Used it to convert from a Cannon camcorder mini-shoe to a conventional shoe. Please note that this is not a “hot” shoe converter though. No power flows through the converter. This is just for attaching an external microphone or mini- light to your camera. Fits well and does not wiggle.

Using this with my old Canon HF100 camcorder which has the "S mini advanced shoe". NOTE: this is only a physical adapter in that there is no advanced connectivity relayed through the shoe interface. In my case, I am using it to mount a boom mic which comes with a 3.5mm cord that plugs into the back of the camcorder so I just needed a physical mounting surface. The adapter is well built and sits very securely in the Canon mini shoe. Exactly what I needed.
