This JJC adapter converts Cano.n’s proprietary “Mini Advanced Shoe” shoe to a universal hot shoe. The Cano. Vixia HF10, HF11, HF100, HF20, HF200, HG10, HG20, HF S10, HF S100, HF M30, HF S20 and HF S200 are known compatible. Other Cano.n camcorders with the “Mini Advanced Shoe” should be compatible.

The shoe fits perfectly on the advanced shoe slot. The problem is, the top shoe is so snug it is difficult to get anything on or remove. That is great for not falling off, but tricky to get a device off without breaking the adapter. I bought 3 to start, all 3 are the same way. Will not buy again.

This shoe adaptor fit just as I hoped. Solid product for my wireless receiver or my shot gun mic. One tip, there is a little snap on the side that locks it in place, be sure it is up when puting on and taking off.
