Very heavy duty construction. Only thing additional you have to buy is a 9/16β drill bit, for enlarging the hole. Really like it. Nice smooth ride.

Installed onto my 1998 4" lifted Wrangler.I had a deathwobble issue every time I struck a small bump on the road. A friend recommended me to replace my stock track bar with an adjustable one. After extensive research, I ended up with JKS due to their version of their Johnny Joint design and the already good reviews of this product. Installation was straight-forward and took a few hours (also replaced my drop pitman arm back to a stock spec). With the new trackbar, I no longer have the deathwobble. Front end feels tighter/stiffer and more stable. I haven't tried to flex out the Jeep as there are concerns of the trackbar not allowing full droop (see reviews on other sites). In my case, it fixed my issue and happy how it turned out. Don't forget to grease the nipple at the top of the trackbar.

Got this item (by mistake) as what I focused on is that it will fit a Jeep TJ.What I did NOT see was that it was for lifts for over 4 inches plus: my supposed mistake paved the way for future growth!I have a simple 3 inch lift and this works like a charm to make the death wobble jitters go away on the 2003 Jeep TJ that I drive. Was simple to put on with an assistant (my dad) that helped turn the steering wheel so I could make the track-bar the proper length to align the Dana 30 up front. This is a well built, heavy piece (very thick DOM tube) and well finished too (powder-coated and zinc plated).Thought the semi-hollow bolt was toast / stripped when it was stubborn in to wanting to go thru the frame, but it self-tapped that portion where the old track bar attached on the driver's side: talk about tough...I inspected it after I thought it was shot and it was good to go and lubed it w/ WD40 to make it install easier. The bolt is hollow so a zerk fitting will fit on the end so it can be greased allowing the pivot point to survive.JKS builds some good stuff and anything less than this is a 2nd hand impostor waiting to fail in the future.Bought the Jeep new in 2003 when I was 30 and I think this will last the life of the vehicle and will age well like me.*****Highly recommended!!!*****

Had one of these on my jeep for about 4 years and have used it very aggressively. It cured my death wobble and I had no complaints. It gave out when I ripped the threads off of it by hitting a curb (ironic I know, it can survive Moab and high level trails in Colorado, but those curbs will break you). I promptly drove home and ordered the longer one to prevent the threads from pulling out (I have a 4" lift). All told it is an excellent product and I will continue to buy this if I find a way to break it again.

This thing is built tough and should have been put on when the lift was done but wasn't. Very easy to install.

This will be the third trak bar installed on my '97 Grand Cherokee in the 11 years I've owned it. Put a 4" lift on shortly after buyin it. Fist one was junk, R**gh Country. I felt was unsafe after only wheelin it a few times, changed it out after 2 years or so. The second one from Ru**ys Offroad was a bit better, it lasted for another couple of years before I had to replace the rod end. While changing the steering set up this past fall, I couldn't leave that thin weak lookin bar there with my upgraded steering. This JKS bar is the one that'll prolly outlast the rest of my front end components, beefy, strong, and rebuildable end, this will be the last bar I'll need to buy for the ZJ. When I build the WJ I won't waste time "saving money" on the junk out there. JKS will be installed the first time.
