These are great shoe cushions! I used them for a trip to Las Vegas, and my feel didn’t bother me at all. I highly recommend buying these if you need extra support in your shoes.

Most metatarsal gel pads tend to feel so hard and firm after a few days, but these have stayed so soft and comfy. They stay in place permanently - the adhesive is absolutely unmovable. There is wonderful relief and comfort when wearing high and medium heels.The product photo makes these look like an animal pattern, but they are more of a translucent light beige, pretty much blending into any shoe sole. Highly recommended!

I got these metatarsal pads for a new pair of heels that I literally love, but the front was way too slippery. My feet kept sliding forward, and it got uncomfortable, especially when they got a little sweaty. After adding these inserts, the difference was noticeable. The suede like texture gives a better grip, so my feet don’t slip as much, it's not too thick and they feel much more secure in the shoes. The adhesive sticks well, and the design and shape they fit inside my heels without shifting around. Comfort-wise, they add a nice cushion without making my shoes feel too tight, and they don’t make my feet feel hot. I like that they make my heels easier to wear.

The gel cushion is reusable over & over so positioning in shoe is a breeze until the sweet comfort spot is found!! Highly recommend these helpful foot pad friends for true support & comfort at a Very Reasonable Cost!! KISS THE BRAIN OF WHO CREATED THESE GEMS!!🩷The sandals I bought @ DSW Shoes which matched my formal dress for my son’s wedding perfectly. Problem was there was NO padding under the metatarsals/ball of foot which caused severe pain in a limited short time. I was wondering how I was going to make it through my son’s special day….. Blessed to have found these AMAZING GAME CHANGING GEL PADS!! After several applications, I followed the visual picture above and WOW!!! PERFECT COMFORT!!

These ‘ball of foot’ inserts are well made. The sticky bottom ensures they stay securely in place inside your shoe. They provide a good amount of padding for comfort when wearing heels and are wide enough to fit into a wide-size shoe, as shown in my picture.However, my issue was that they pushed my toes too far forward, causing the strap to rub against my pinky toe. I believe this might happen with most ball-of-foot inserts, not just these, depending on the design of the heels. For this reason, I deducted one star from my review.

I like them. They are relatively thick as shoe pads go. I would order them again.
