Tried so many times to get basic assistance. Finally it was refunded, switch seems to have defect on mine. No way to find contact for manufacturer. Health Supply 770 would give no assistance on use or way to contact, despite many calls and messages to them before refunded! Possible DANGER issues! Due to poor translation and explanation! Says do not run more then 20 minutes. Says "strictly prohibited to work without leakage protection device, in case of electric shock", but I could get no info on what that device is; at first I thought it meant leakage of the chemical liquid, but now I think it means some electrical safety device. I spoke before purchase re using this vs mold in attic, but instructions are only for outdoor, and I could not get any help at all. It says "continue to operate until the motor is cooling". But must not do more than 20 minutes. Also, the switch at all the way off does not stop chemical coming out and the switcch matches with its number wrong, which are also mostly under the switch hard to read. So I am concerned a lot about trying to use it! Supposed to sit it up there to spread the chemical in attic, but now it cant run more than 20, needs leakage prot device, has to cool yet how does it cool when still running, I do not understand many things about it, and there is UTTERLY NO WAY TO FIND CONTACT TO JMG MANUFACTURER OR TO GET ANSWERS FROM HERE!

I bought this after returning a Ryobi fogger that made more of a mess than anything. You have to plug this in and it's loud but damn does it work! I used this to spray disinfectant/deodorizer for a kennel and it made the job very quick and easy.

The sprayer look fine but I did not use so I returned in original box with manual and everything included in a timely manner. Box was in perfect shape. They shorted my refund by $11.79 and no way to contact anyone and no explanation. Not acceptable.

I thought the price was too good to be true, this thing has a very weak spray with too large droplets and is not a fogger but maybe a sprayer?

The product description explicitly stated that the device is compatible with both 110V and 220V currents. I personally contacted the seller to verify this information, and they confirmed its dual voltage capability. Once the device arrived, I conducted a test here in the US, and it functioned properly without any issues. However, upon sending it to Israel, where the voltage is 220V, the device malfunctioned after just 20 seconds of operation, accompanied by a multitude of sparks. The fact that the box and instructions did not indicate specific voltage requirements, such as 120V or 220V, is concerning and raises doubts about the device's quality and legitimacy. Unfortunately, I relied on the seller's assurances and ended up losing both the cost of the device itself and the significant shipping fee to Israel, which alone amounted to over $100.
