This needle felting kit is such a great gift for anyone who wants to start felting! I have been buying small kits to make a small animal and the kit will come with only a couple of needles. This kit contains so many different things and also comes in a nice tropical printed storage bag with zippered sections. There are instructions to make a kitty, but the print is so, so tiny. I took pictures of the two pages and am viewing it on my iPad in order to read it more easily. I like this kit so much that I am having a hard time convincing myself to give it away.

Probably a good set, but I specifically got this one, because it noted larger amounts of roving to get started. My daughter had a set, and i decided to get a second set for my other daughter. Unfortunately, it came with the same small, 3 oz balls that other kits come with. If I knew I was getting the smaller amount of roving, there are other kits available for a better price.
