It worked immediately and properly. I am astonished to see how many people have repaired plastic tubing that sprung leaks on the backs of refrigerators, and there are two separate brands of products to fix this leaky tubing. I had thought plastic tubing is better than this.

My fridge water line sprung a leak so I got this little gizmo to fix it. Too a couple of tries, but works like a charm. The key, as others have mentioned, is the cut of the tubing has to really be straight. If it is cut at an angle the seal will not be good and it will still drip.

Used this connector to repair a 5/16” OD water line for our fridge that had a pinhole leak. Just used a knife to cut the line and remove the section with the hole and installed this little connector on the line to solve. The lines just push in on either end and made a great seal. No more leak and super cheap and fast fix instead of trying to find new line and install it

Simple to use. Made a clean straight cut with box cutter on the plastic tubing for both sides. Pushed the ends of the tubing all the way into each side of the connector & pulled the tubing to be sure it wasn’t coming out. No leaks! 5 minute project from removing the old leaking connector to replacement and testing.

I got this as a cheaper option to replace the broken water tubing valve on my GE fridge. It works perfectly and is way cheaper than the name brand part.

This item is very well made. We were able to repair a leak in our LG waterline in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise we would have had to call in an LG repair technician and pay several hundred dollars.Well done!
