This is my third year using this water pump. I am a salt water fisherman. Salt water is tough on electrical products. I have had other pumps in the past that just didn't perform well. I have been extremely happy at its quality. It still works well.

Flow rate is respectable. Enough pressure to flow thru the small 1/8 lines of the cool suit as well.It's nice that the main unit can be replaced while the body is fixed to the tank.Do not exceed 18 volts on the 12v pump or the impeller will move on the motor shaft and rub the housing.

We had to travel , summer time tooHit el paso mid day and it was a 104 outside . Ya , someone got in a wreckThey were ok , but traffic, 4 hrs getting through el paso. Made a cooler style air cooler before we left , turned it on for my service dog in the traffic jam , saved him it did . 112 in the truck , 81 on the dog , pump never stuttered, still using for fishing and cooling lolSo ya , we could trust itStill working , came on time and in good condition

The bilge pump was set up on the very back end of the left pontoon of my pontoon boat for pumping water to my live well up top. It fits easily on the inside of a 2" wide strap welded to the back end of the pontoon. This location provides some protection for the pump when debris in the water is present. I purchased this pump as a replacement and it fit perfectly and mounted similarly to the old pump. Easy job! I got a good price on this pump. Very happy!
