One of the pillers rubber end was slit. The rubber ends were very stiff unlike other pillers I have used in past. They were returned.

Didn’t work for the small pills I give my cat. I got it to stay in there but the pusher doesn’t push the pill out into her mouth so it was useless to us. Might work for large capsules

Not exactly same as same brand pusher we got from Vet years ago. Slightly different rubber tip. Works fine for small diameter pills. Tip opening to small for large diameter bills but can be fixed like the old pusher tip easily. We are happy with it.

I use a pill popper for a very small thyroid pill for my cat and I purchased these to replace the one I was using which looked exactly the same as what I had. Unfortunately this won't work at all. The hole in the popper is way too small for any pill unless you cram it in and the plunger in the tube is so stiff it does not dispense the pill so it is useless. Since there is a no refund policy with these poppers I will try to modify them to see if I can get them to work. Very disappointed and since it doesn't function as described or needed I give would give them no stars if I could.

I have to give my cat 3 pills/day, a whole pill, a half pill and a quarter pill.For the whole pill this works fine. For the half and especially the quarter pill the plunger often doesn't push the pills out, so I'm having to put the piller in multiple times after repositioning the pills and agitating her. These are also way too long for comfort to use on a cat.

I have a piller that my vet gave me when my cat went on allergy meds. His pills are a fairly average size, small and round kind of like an aspirin. (It's an antihistamine called chlorpheniramine, if you want to look up the size.) We cut them in half for one dose. I got these because I'd had the vet-provided one for two summers and just felt it must be getting kind of gross by now. This popper has a much smaller hole at the top than the one she gave us. I can't even fit his half-pill in unless I wedge it so tightly that I can't pop it out easily enough. However for smaller pills, which I have certainly worked with for other cats in the past, this would actually be great. It's very hard to assess something like this until you actually get it in hand and see how your pet's med fits or doesn't fit. For average size round tabs that you need to split say, in quarters, this would be great.
