Your cart is empty.This handy gadget features three bottle-opening tools in one compact design. Firstly, it has an easy-open winding corkscrew with a non-stick thread that glides quickly into any cork. Secondly, at the bottom of the opener is a removable foil cutting tool with four sharp cutting wheels. This is removed or attached by simply squeezing the sides of the cutter. Finally, at the top of the corkscrew is a bottle-cap opener for removing metal caps. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Caution: Sharp tip, handle with care. Using the corkscrew: 1. Place foil cutter onto neck of bottle, squeeze sides and twist to cut. 2. Remove screw, push holder down over neck of bottle and grip sides firmly. 3. Replace screw into holder, push down and twist clockwise into cork. 4. To remove cork from holder, squeeze sides and twist counterclockwise.

It works, but the action is totally different from every other corkscrew and it takes a little getting used to. Even then, it's a bit awkward. My wife found it particularly troublesome and hated it from the start. Now, less than six months after we got it, it broke. I won't be buying the same one again.

Got this as a wedding gift and it broke on our first use. Part of the plastic where the top twists on broke off, so we couldn't even put it back together...would not recommend.

What can I say. This is a bottle opener. One would expect and hope for the price this is robust and well, opens bottles of wine without falling to bits. Oh contrare! Weaker than a kitten, flimsy as a set of paper massage knickers. I was half an opened bottle of red down, ready for more, the binge drinking boat salacious in its tempting allure. I was loaded, cocked for red. As I tottered to the kitchen, more excited than Trump attending a Stormy Daniels dance act, I could taste the irresponsibility.Grabbing the aforementioned bottle opener I went at the new bottle like a fat dog on a plate of late night chips.Whoooooaaaa there! Second time out of the traps for this plastic little fella and it snapped like g-strings at a Neil Diamond concert.It’s no more, leaving me sad, deflated, on the Bristol Crème. Utter rubbish. Don’t buy it.
