After several tries of email, messaging, calling and contacting Amazon, JoyFay responded. To get replacement parts as suggested in the manual, you must order directly from China and shipping is not cheap. The parts and shipper per boot is $50 per their email. These are going back, mainly do to poor communication, and that’s also a crazy price.

I am almost 60 and love these for running and bouncing around the house. But, my friend could not balance in them very well and for me, I have honed a technique, but you cannot just "stand still" in them. They elevate your height, so ceiling fans are an issue, and on stairs just use the handrails. I love that they keep you in a forward stance that helps with running and movement. Some may find that they have to hold onto something to stand still. I had to cut the middle band for better movement.

I would wear these all day if I could ... I'm a 47 year old kid who likes to play outside. I'm not a runner or walker.... I bounce and ride on wheels....Be sure to check the weight requirements

LOVE these. I was able to run again, and it's so much fun! Warning - do NOT turn around abruptly or you will fall over - ended up with a badly skinned knee as a result of this action. You have to really pick up your knees when running or you could trip, but this just adds to the cardio effect. I am actually quite sore and tired after running around the block yesterday, and I haven't run in years due to bad knees and shin splints. These are a lot of fun but be careful that you don't over do it without realizing how hard you are working.
