Bought one to practicing my slowpitch swing and my baseball swing, but after one year suddenly the machine was stop and can not been used. Have tried to checked the battery, but still no response. So, I contacted the CS and come to my surprise they give me the new motor with their custom gear for free. I would definitely recommend this machine and saluting their after-sales-service excellency. Totally love the machine! Thank you so much for the people at Jugs Sports.

Don't get me wrong this device is not bad, it does what it says it does. I just don't understand the cost. The device has zero features, just "on" and "off". Other much cheaper devices offer the ability to change the duration of delivery speed. You would think a device costing hundreds more, would have the same if not better features. The power adapter, well, it works, but again, for the price, this adapter is the same as you would get if you purchased a five-dollar electronic item.The 12 balls at $75.00 is also a bit much, but hey if it last and doesn't tear, only time would tell if it’s worth it. I did prefer softer sponge like balls only because my plan was to practice in the garage and not have any damages. Even with a full net, accidents happen. However, I was told the jugs softer balls I had purchased earlier would not work with this device. Therefore, I have to be careful, these balls will cause some damage to property.I do like the delivery of the balls, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do and has the accuracy I wanted, with maybe one or two times the ball has a brain of its own and doesn’t fly right. However, its mechanical right, so expect a few glitched ball deliveries is expected.It's only been two days of use, and the motor seems to be very sturdy and durable, not a flimsy motor at all so I assume it will last long, but again only time will tell.I will update if I find anything new, as I use more each day. I gave it 4 stars only because I did not enjoy the cost of $400 for this device and balls for a something that just pops balls up a few feet and nothing else. its not a pitching machine or can be used for anything else.
