I bought this primarily because my old console organizer had this annoying habit of sliding back and forth whenever I'm driving.PROS:- has pads on the bottom so it stays in place and doesn't slide all over the place- is semi-transparent so you can still see some of the console light when you have it in your console.- is deep enough to put taller glasses- doesn't have that annoying ridge in other organizers that's meant for the glasses but ends up making some glasses not fit properly.CONS:- it's not transparent enough compared to others, so it blocks a lot of the console light.- Because of the taller profile, when you have it stowed away, it completely blocks the console light.
