I was dubious at first but it catches the majority of the sawdust. Instructions were less than ideal, pictures were small close ups. It was easier to use logic and see where it might be installed. For what pieces of plastic that you receive, I feel it’s overpriced, but it’s the only game in town.

First off, 100% dust collection is not possible with any device. That being said, this attachment for the Dewalt miter saw does an amazing job bringing the dust collection from 40% (with the stock setup) to 90-95% with this upgraded part.It's easy to install and even comes with zip ties.In case it wasn't clear in the description, this item only comes with the parts to replace the existing dust collector on a Dewalt miter saw. It does not include the saw or vacuum/dust extractor.The seller was very easy to work with and happily answered all my questions and the item shipped quicker than the estimated time. This is my fourth order through this shop (between Amazon and Etsy) and I've never had any issues, items always meet or exceed expectations.
