We were really excited to hopefully be finding a new source for our monthly recurring purchases of K100 as we do a LOT of marine tanks with this product. We love the K100 but using this listing you will only receive an 8oz bottle. Not the Qt as the title inspires "K-100 Additive,Diesel Trt Enh Stb Qt"

Just off the phone with a rep and I am not a happy customer. I received the bottle of K100 diesel treatment in good condition. The bad news is that they advertised the bottle as a “QT” when in fact it is an 8 ounce bottle, far from the 32 oz I purchased as per their advertisement.The rep said there’s nothing he could do except that I must be further inconvenienced and send back the bottle back for a refund even though Amazon states it’s a “non-returnable item”. So to add to my inconvenience, I now must go on their website, waste more of my time and then send this back for a refund. Hopefully it will not cost me more money or a trip to UPS/FedEX to ship. The rep made it sound like it was my fault, when in fact they misrepresented the size of the bottle.Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. They need to change their Amazon description so as not be accused of false advertising.I guess I’ll start wasting more of my time in figuring out how to return THEIR mistake.K A GUpdate: They made good on their mistake and have settled the issue with me. Great customer service when it’s kicked up to the next level.
