Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this seller. I purchased these boots less than three months ago and have only used them five times. During a run, the laces on one boot snapped completely out of nowhere, mid-ride. This was not only frustrating but also incredibly unsafe—it could have resulted in a serious accident. For the record, I’m not doing anything extreme like shredding rails; this failure happened under normal use.When I contacted the seller for a replacement BOA and laces, I was only 15 days outside the return window. Despite that, they refused to help and told me to take it up with K2. K2, understandably, said they couldn’t assist since the product wasn’t purchased directly from them and referred me back to the seller. The seller’s response? “Too bad, so sad.”This seller clearly sold me a defective item and is unwilling to take any responsibility. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy these directly from K2 or a reputable retailer. Avoid this seller at all costs—they won’t stand behind their products.

I bought these for my daughter and she says they are as comfortable as snowboard boots can be.
