Used heat shrink tubing after cutting off the damaged unit. Exact replacement and reused initial screws.

perfect replacement for the one I knocked off with the mower, didn't even have to unwire the old one, just removed the new wired parts and inserted the old bulb and bulb holder.I did fabricate a light guard from sheetmetal so hopefully I won't have to get another one next time I whack it by mistake

Easy to install and the price was good. It is a bulb vs an led like the one it replaced. Other than that it is identical in every way and works perfectly. I used it to replace a damaged license plate light.
