There are two cushions that you stuff inside a bag. The cover seems like it would last but the cushions are a bit shorter than the bag. Even with both cushions in, there is still some space for them to slide. The bag is not solid at all. If you kick it or punch it, it will bend easily due to the crack between the cushions. This will not protect anyone holding it. It should be one solid cushion.
